Shipping
Shipping:
Boss Minis aims to provide top quality over all service, including shipping your goods to you. When picking orders, we aim for a quick and speedy process, however the process of card orders begins with locating each individual card from our inventory. Each card must be carefull handled to ensure it is in the condition promised to the customer.
While this method works efficiently for smaller orders, delays can occur when orders include high quanities (25+), as it significantly increases the time required for sorting, checking, and packaging.
As standard, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels and we aim to post all orders placed before 3pm the same day.
Express UK Shipping: from £4.95
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an option at checkout from £4.95
In Store Pick Up: FREE
Order online and we will pick your order. Once complete, you will receive a text or email informing you that you can head into the store to pick up.
Delays in Delivery
Please note that where evidence is provided that the item has been shipped and our delivery partners have stated that they have delivered your order, but this is disputed, no action shall be taken on our part until the delivery service has concluded their investigation. We will keep you informed of the status of the investigation throughout.
International Shipping:
At Present, We are not shipping internationally.

Boss Grading Guide
'Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

'Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

'Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
'
'Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

'Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
