Grading Service

We work with Pokegrade to offer you an affordable, quick solution for grading your favourite Pokemon cards. Whether you are looking to add value to your collection or protect your prized cards, Pokegrade offer a fast and cost-efficient option to your grading needs. We submit cards on the 1st of each month and aim to have your cards back in store within 4 weeks. Shipping Policy

Cards graded via the Boss Miniatures & Gaming Ltd (Boss Minis) service, will be the responsibility of Boss Minis from the moment the card/cards arrive at Boss Minis and will remain our responsibility until the received delivery is confirmed by Pokegrade. Once the card/cards are with Pokegrade, the card/cards become the responsibility of Pokegrade until the point the items are returned to Boss Minis. Boss Minis will still be your point of contact for these services and will be responsible for communication between both parties.

Once the card/cards leave Pokegrade and arrive back with us at Boss Minis, they again become the responsibility of Boss Minis and will continue to be our responsibility until returned to our customers. Boss Minis will not be held responsible for late arrival or late delivery of your card/cards.

In the rare event your card/cards are delayed or lost you are required to wait the full-recommended service time as detailed on the courier’s website before you, yourself of Boss Minis will be able to attempt to make a claim for loss against your card/cards. The postage claim times can be found on the Parcel Force or Royal Mail websites. Typically, you are expected to wait 10 days after expected delivery date of your cards.

Notification of Changes

Boss Minis reserves the right to adapt and change these terms and conditions from time to time and as and when we see fit to do so. Continuing to use the website will signify your acceptance and compliance of all adjustment to these terms and conditions. If/when there are any changes made to our terms and conditions, we will announce that these changes have been made via the blog section on our website. It is therfore important that you check this section when accessing the website for all the latest news and updates to our services and/or policies. Additionally, if there are any changes in how Boss Minis use our website customers' personal Information, notification will be made via email or using the email address provided to us by yourself. Boss Minis will not be held responsible for any errors from data you have provided. This will be sent to those affected by any change. Any changes to our terms, conditions and policies will be announced 48 hours prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Insurance Policy

All card/cards are fully insured from the moment they arrive with us to the moment they return to you. Whilst with us the cards are covered by the shops business insurance. While in transit we provide third party insurance on the packages to the value of the contents. Whilst in the hands of Pokegrade they will be covered by Pokegrade’s insurance policy. On the return journey they are covered by Third party insurance via their selected courier.

Please note we will return your card/cards with an appropriate service up to and including Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which offers insurance up to £500.

This is included in the cost of your submissions to Pokegrade. If you wish to have additional insurance cover then this can be arranged, however, Boss Minis will not be responsible for the additional costs – these costs will be passed onto the customer.

If you do not opt to add additional insurance and in the event of loss and/or damage Boss Minis will not be held responsible for anything over the £500 cover provided by Royal Mail.
