The Hell Drake is a huge monstrous mechanical flying creature which preys upon both troops and vehicles alike. With a pair of huge claws ready to grab at enemy units, the Hell Drake uses surprise tactics to swoop down from the skies and deliver enemy troops to their doom. The Heldrake model is an enormous, dragon-like construct, a Chaos fusion of flesh, bone and metal. The model is sculpted as if soaring across the battlefield, and comes with numerous features: there are interlocking plates across the wings; a trail of cables from the rear of the model; as well as more subtle details such as wiring, rivets, spikes, and web of raised edging displayed across the metal plates. The Mark of Chaos can be discerned around the shoulder joints and on the wings. This multi-part plastic boxed set contains 49 components, a flying stem and a large oval base, with which to build one Chaos Space Marine Heldrake. This kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.

Refunds


You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.

If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy appropriate charges for issues raised after this period.

NOTE: Damaged cards inside blind packed products such as booster packs. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individuals cards inside. In the rare case that this happens to you, you may benefit from contacting the manufacturer of the product for a replacement card, however they do not have any duty to fulfil this.

Other Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at the_boss@bossminis.co.uk

Most manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.

Pre-order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before official release date (On day of release for TCGs). This applies up to the point the order is dispatched. This does not apply to any price with additional discounts codes or special offers.

We also reserve the right to deduct outbound postage costs from your refund should the returned goods have originally met our free postage threshold.

Should you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage / manufacturing fault and have paid postage, we will not refund the postage costs having shipped the item to you upon fulfillment.
