Azul: Crystal Mosaic is an expansion to the base game of Azul. You need to own a copy of the base game to be able to play with this expansion.
Azul: Crystal Mosaic adds two new parts to Azul. Firstly, the expansion comes with plastic overlays. These fit over the game board to help keep the pieces in place during game play. There are indents for all of the key parts of the board including the pattern line, the floor line and the pattern itself. There are also indents in the overlay for the scoring cube.
In the original game of Azul you had the option to follow the pattern on a completely filled in board, or to create your own pattern (following the placement rules) on a blank board. Azul: Crystal Mosaic provides four new double sided boards to be used.
On one side of the player boards the pattern has some tiles completed with the others left for players to fill in as they see fit. This is something of a midway point between the two game board options offered in the base game.
The other side of the new player boards also have a partial pattern on. However, the tiles which are already in place have a multiplier on them. When you place that tile you will receive double the number of points that you would normally. This side of the board adds a strategic timing element to the base game. Players will want to wait as long as possible to complete the multiplier tiles to gain more points, but if they wait too long they may not place the tile before the end of the game.

You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy appropriate charges for issues raised after this period.NOTE: Damaged cards inside blind packed products such as booster packs. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individuals cards inside. In the rare case that this happens to you, you may benefit from contacting the manufacturer of the product for a replacement card, however they do not have any duty to fulfil this.
Other Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at the_boss@bossminis.co.uk
Most manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
Pre-order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before official release date (On day of release for TCGs). This applies up to the point the order is dispatched. This does not apply to any price with additional discounts codes or special offers.We also reserve the right to deduct outbound postage costs from your refund should the returned goods have originally met our free postage threshold.
Should you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage / manufacturing fault and have paid postage, we will not refund the postage costs having shipped the item to you upon fulfillment.
