The Adventure Awaits!
Welcome, pioneers of the Rift! This is it—the very first organized play event for Riftbound! This casual, fun-focused tournament is the perfect way to dive into the game, learn its mechanics, and claim your first cards. Whether you're a seasoned TCG veteran or completely new to the scene, this event is for you.
Your ticket grants you:
• One random preconstructed Champion Deck (Featuring Jinx, Lee Sin, or Viktor!).
• Two additional Riftbound Booster Packs to start your collection and upgrade your deck between rounds!
• An exclusive Origins Participation Reward just for playing!

Event Structure & Rules
1. Deck Distribution:
• Upon check-in, each player will randomly receive one sealed preconstructed Champion Deck.
• The three available Champions are: Jinx, Lee Sin, and Viktor. Embrace your random champion—it’s fate!
• You will also immediately receive your two booster packs. You may open these at any time to modify your deck.
2. Deck Modification:
• This is a Limited event! You are encouraged to use the cards from your two booster packs to upgrade and personalize your preconstructed deck.
• You must use the Champion you are given. You cannot swap Champions with another player.
• The deck must maintain a minimum of 30 cards. There is no maximum deck size, but we recommend keeping it lean and mean!
• Your sideboard consists of any other cards you opened in your boosters but didn't include in your main deck. You may swap cards with your sideboard between games.
3. Tournament Format:
• Swiss Rounds: We will play a number of rounds based on attendance (typically 3-4 rounds), so everyone gets to play multiple games.
• Pairings: Pairings will be generated via the Carde.io
tournament software and posted each round.
• Match Play: Each match is a best-of-one game (BO1).
• Round Time: Each round will be 40 minutes long.
4. How to Play & Win a Match:
• The goal is to reduce your opponent's Health to zero using your Champion, allies, and spells!
• At the end of the round time, if no player has won, the player with the lower Health total loses. If Health is tied, the game is a draw.
• Report your match result to the tournament organizer immediately after your game.
5. The Spirit of the Event:
• This is a Casual event. The primary goal is to learn, have fun, and build a community.
• Please be respectful and sportsmanlike towards your opponents and the organizer.
• Don't be afraid to ask questions! Your opponent or the organizer will be happy to help clarify rules.

Prizes
• All Participants: Receive an exclusive Riftbound Origins Participation Card (while supplies last)! This is a cool, alternate-art card or promo you can't get anywhere else!
• The True Champion: The player with the best record at the end of the day will also earn bragging rights as our first event winner and an additional booster pack prize!

Schedule (Approximate)
• 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Registration & Check-in
• 11:00 AM: Welcome, deck distribution, and deck building begins
• 11:30 AM: Round 1 begins
• 12:15 PM: Round 2 begins
• 1:00 PM: (Short break)
• 1:15 PM: Round 3 begins
• 2:00 PM: Round 4 begins (if needed) or Prize distribution and farewells
• 2:45 PM: Prize distribution and farewells!

Refunds
You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy appropriate charges for issues raised after this period.NOTE: Damaged cards inside blind packed products such as booster packs. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individuals cards inside. In the rare case that this happens to you, you may benefit from contacting the manufacturer of the product for a replacement card, however they do not have any duty to fulfil this.
Other Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at the_boss@bossminis.co.uk
Most manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
Pre-order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before official release date (On day of release for TCGs). This applies up to the point the order is dispatched. This does not apply to any price with additional discounts codes or special offers.We also reserve the right to deduct outbound postage costs from your refund should the returned goods have originally met our free postage threshold.
Should you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage / manufacturing fault and have paid postage, we will not refund the postage costs having shipped the item to you upon fulfillment.
