This is The Walking Dead Universe Roleplaying Game. The Walking Dead has always been about characters facing impossible choices in an unforgiving world. With this game, you enter into the world of the dead and must face these choices head on. You can do this at any point in the timeline – encountering familiar faces and locations, or new ones – but the hardest choice will always be the same: Who are you going to be?
We have seen many stories set in The Walking Dead Universe – now it’s time to see yours.
In the Walking Dead Universe Roleplaying Game you will play the part of individuals struggling to survive in the hostile and unforgiving world known from the TV series. The challenges you face are never trivial, and they can appear from just about anywhere - from the lack of essential supplies, from the conflicts brewing within the group, from hidden construction flaws in your safe haven, or from an approaching herd of walkers hungering for your flesh and blood.
There are two ways to play the game - campaign mode and survival mode. In a campaign the story is not predetermined - your goals and choices, and the result of your effort while struggling to survive, create the storyline. Survival mode scenarios present you with a pre-determined and often acute problem - they put you right into a dramatic and dangerous situation that needs to be handled immediately. Also, survival mode scenarios often feature locations and characters from the TV series.

In the official The Walking Dead Universe Roleplaying Game, you will play as people struggling to survive in a hostile world. Exceptional challenges can appear from anywhere – from the lack of essential supplies, from conflicts brewing within the group, from hidden construction flaws in your safe haven, or from approaching walkers hungering for your flesh.
In the game, the player characters must not only hone their physical skills, but deeply explore who they truly are – what drives them to go on, what they consider worth fighting for, and what they’re capable of doing, in the best and worst of times. Expect the stress and stakes to be high. The rules are based on the acclaimed Year Zero Engine, pushing the boundaries of the survival genre and making sure that every group can tailor the gaming experience to suit their own interests and play style.
Refunds
You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy appropriate charges for issues raised after this period.NOTE: Damaged cards inside blind packed products such as booster packs. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individuals cards inside. In the rare case that this happens to you, you may benefit from contacting the manufacturer of the product for a replacement card, however they do not have any duty to fulfil this.
Other Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at the_boss@bossminis.co.uk
Most manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
Pre-order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before official release date (On day of release for TCGs). This applies up to the point the order is dispatched. This does not apply to any price with additional discounts codes or special offers.We also reserve the right to deduct outbound postage costs from your refund should the returned goods have originally met our free postage threshold.
Should you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage / manufacturing fault and have paid postage, we will not refund the postage costs having shipped the item to you upon fulfillment.
